these 3 thing i want to be able to integrate so the logos show up also is there a description field so i can specify per case and other such info??

logoid is the image logo in jpg format
i have company name url and logo
i was hoping to flat file and impost them all at once

oh my bad in the spread shet i have with all of my products they list the vendors logos in that field.
so "logoid" column contains all the corresponding company logos.
i was hoping to upload those images as well so they show up when i upload with easy populate.

Easy Populate does not "upload" images.

The images used in your store are best uploaded via FTP, to the images folder (and subfolders inside that one).

Easy Populate contains a REFERENCE to your products' MAIN images. The database needs these "labels" so that when it is called upon for the location of an image, it can tell your php files where to go look for the actual image file.
