Paypal & non-account credit card orders

The only payment module I am using is Paypal express , and when a customer pays with their Credit card without creating a Paypal account, I receive a New Order email from my store and customer info is logged, however I do not receive any funds in my Paypal account.

Not sure how come I am getting the order form from my store when while no funds are being put into paypal.

PLEASE HELP!!! ALready lost some orders because of this issue!!

In Admin->Customers->Orders, the 2nd column (beside the order number) shows the payment and shipping modules used for that order. What's showing in these cases?

What payment modules do you have installed? and why?

In column 2 is shows:
cc
table

The only active payment module is Paypal express, but it looks like some others are installed, but inactive:
Credit Card - Offline Processing
The Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD
Check/Money Order (not configured - needs pay-to)
PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard

All installed, but not on.

"cc" means it processed using "Credit Card - Offline Processing".

If you're not using offline-processing of credit cards, go and click "Remove" on that module. Same with Check/MoneyOrder. Leaving unused modules sitting in installed-but-inactive status can sometimes result in unexpected results such as you describe.

Yes! Thank you! I had this same problem, and removing the credit card module fixed it.
