How to add this to my header?

if you look at the header image i have attached you will see there is a menu at the lower part of the header then the log in is at the top how can i do this in zencart

Don't know what you have???
Login in the header is a standard feature unless you or your template has removed it...
Look at a stock tpl_header.php file and for "navMain" div

Sorry thats my bad for not being clear. If you look at the image you can see that the log in is 2 input boxes that they can put their user name and password in they dont have to click a link then go to a log in page.

I want every thing on one line the name the box the button how can I do this

Start by deleting the clear that forces a new line
