Sending Email To customers

Hello.I want to send emails to my customers with different status.And Iwant to send different letters to each statu.Does Zencart support it ?Or does someone tried the package before?

If you have ZenCart installed, place a test order
Then from the admin change the order status and see the email sent

One has to perform some activity to deliver/send the order

Actually ，I want to send email to the customers who is pending or with other situations.I didn't need to change the statu of the order..

Did you place a test order???

There is an automatic order confirmatiom email sent - from there it waits for a status change

Yes - - You should test everything to insure that it is functioning as you want BEFORE your actual customers have an issue
