Customer Login time out error after adding confirm email address addon

I cant find any other thread related to this module - not to sure if im searching correctly but ive tried using the forum search and google search.

I have added a confirm email address entry to my test site - I downloaded it from the downloads section here

Im testing many more plugins but you can see this one on the sign up page.

Im getting a timed out error when you try and create a new account.

Im not really sure why this is.

Does anyone know why this is
