SubGroup navigation issue

Dear All,

Since I renew my site, I had a problem of not showing subgroup categorie's thumbnail and discription text. I have not had this problem with my previous site, and i have compared config on both sites, everything has set to what everything should be.

I have look at the source code and compare the one that do show and not show, and find that there is a commet code here that may indicate the disallowing display of sub-cat.
