Right sidebox won't go away

I followed the instructions in the tutorial "How do I remove and/or re-arrange the sideboxes?", and all the content left each sidebox - but the boxes are still there...

One thing I think was different is that when I go to admin/tools/layout box controller, I only see the individual items listed - but there seems to be no way to select the entire left or right box. I had to go through every item and turn it off, AND move the right ones to the left box, and all that did was to clear the boxes themselves...but they both still show with a color background.

Am I missing some kind of admin setting?

I have a problem with this also, I have done all of the above & it works fine in firefox. But IE still shows a white gap where the right collum use to be.

My question is, How do I get rid of this? Do I need to change the size of the middle box (the main content od the site) & if so How do I do that?

Try changing the setting in admin>configuration>layout settings>Column Width - Right Boxes. On the Holzheimer site in my sig, I have it set to 1px.

I tried that and I still have space there, I believe I need to change the middle bit (where the products show)
But I'm not sure how to do this..

In IE down the right side, when you click on to view a product or a list of products. There is a big gap where the right side boxes use to be.

It works ok in firefox (no gap) as I changed the size of the breadcrub nav.

However I can't seem to get these changes to show in IE

If you click the compatibility view off you will see what I mean..

& if you click it on the space does indeed go away, however all the product listings have lots of gaps in them & it looks untidy.

I'm very confussed as to what the problem is...

It's some sort of table the fine folks at Template Monster inserted. Use the Developers Tool Kit to search for '362px' and remove that <td> from wherever it is.
