Can I insert info page prior to transfer to Paypal express

I would like to insert an information page just after the customer selects the "pay with a credit card" option, prior to redirecting them to the paypal express checkout page.
90+% of customer do not pay with a paypal account, so for the bulk of my customers I want to alert them as to what to expect from the paypal pages to come.

I have version 1.3.9c and I'm using Fast and Easy Checkout (FEC)
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Yeah I was thinking of the same thing. To explain that the page has TWO options - the login on the right or the form to fill out on the left if you dont have or want an account from paypal. I hope some knows if thats possible.

I still don't quite understand the purpose of the fec_confirmation page.

But I found that I only needed to turn off single page checkout in the configuration and then alter the tpl_fec_confirmation_default.php, inserting the text I needed.
