I have a digital download site, and sometimes my customers order two of a product. Obviously this is in error, as they only need to purchase the download once!
So, we check all orders that come through, and at the 15th and 30th of every month, we issue refunds to those that had duplicate products in error.
I went to do that this month, and I am unable to do so. When I click on the partial refund button, enter the amount and reason in the description box, click on partial refund button, and it takes me out of the order and back to the orders listing page. I go back to the order, and there is no indication in it that anything was processed.
Now...since doing the last one, I have installed the security patch that was recommended, and after doing that, the html_outputs file had to be replaced a couple times, because other functions that I tried to do popped my back to the admin home page. IS this possibly a problem with the html_outputs file as well? Or is something else going on?
I really need that partial refund feature...because it helps me track the refunds, and is much easier to do it directly from the order rather than having to go into Paypal and finding the customer order!
Any help or input is appreciated!
