Fast and Easy Checkout - Checkout Without Account not showing

I am trying to get Fast and Easy Checkout to work. I had someone else check the files; they are all there.

Whenever one gets to the split screen page where one has an option to register, login, or checkout without an account, the continue link says Not Found. If I turn Easy Sign Up and Login, everything works fine (but one can't checkout without registering).

Site is 1.3.8a; I downloaded most recent fec from Numinix.

Suggestions of what to try?

i personally never had the problem... only thing i can think of from the top of my hat is that you didn't change the login to split mode in the admin.

admin-->configuration-->layout settings-->Use split-login page to on

I double-checked and Display Checkout in Split Column is turned on to Yes.

I didn't mean the one in the FEC configuration but in the layout settings from zen cart.

and the tpl_modules_no_account.php is in your template folder?

Yes, I just quadrupled checked that one! I had a friend check that, too. Sigh, that wasn't the problem.
