contact us page not showing my correct name and address

I have just installed 1.3.8 and added a template.
If you look at my contact page you will see my problem, it does not have the correct name and address.
Hope you can help me. Thanks

You have to set up the store name and address when you install Zencart, or in Admin - Configuration - My Store

Or leave that part blank, and do it via EZ Pages

Thanks for replies but have store name in admin and not sure about EZ pages.
Any further advice would be appreciated.

I am using this post because it seems the same argument.
Ihave installed a fesh 1.39d and I have a small but annoying problem.
In contuct us page the sote name is not shown.
I havee the store name set in admin>configuration and in email options is set to show.
Instead of the actual store name address etc. I can see

Store Name
Address
Country
Phone

It seems like there is not link between the db fileds and the contuct us module, but I do not know what to do.
Please help.

Hey im having the same problem, where did these come from? I want to get rid of them. Seems like they are new in 1.3.8?

Those are the default values for Configuration->My Store->Store Address and Phone.

Yeh, thanks, i was looking at the top store name, didn't notice the store name further down.
