Default VAT, or not to VAT...?

    Hello, all.
I'm a bit confused, and looking for help on setting up the taxes/shipping for my store. Normally, it's pretty straightforward. I've already set everything up on one Zen setup.

But, I've got another store that I'm trying to do, right now. The thing is that my wholesale dealer is based in Great Britain, and has their own shipping and tax rates that I'm trying to work into the shipping/tax systems. Their shipping is as follows:

Should I simply use their table for shipping, seeing as all products are coming directly from Great Britain, anyway?
Do I need to add VAT, or US sales tax? Both?
    So confused...

    Hi
you cannot charge UK VAT if you are not registered.... But as the goods are being exported from the UK your supplier won't be charging you either... BUT you or your customer will be responsible for any US taxes or import duties!

Okay, that's what I needed to know. I got the US taxes under control. I just didn't know how VAT worked.

    Thanks!

If your business is set up in the uk then you are only obliged to register for vat with HMRC (Inland Revenue) when your annual turnover exceeds a certain threshold. I'm not sure what this is right now... hmrc.gov.uk is where to look

Additionally... In the UK, in a retail environment, prices must be displayed INCLUSIVE of tax.
