Hi Zen Cart,
I recently installed a fresh copy of Zen Cart (version 1.3.8a) on Blue Host. I added a few products with its model number, however, when I search for the product, it does not show up, unless I changed the name to all lower case.
I never experienced such strange problem before with Zen Cart on other server, could this be a database issue?
