    Default Not sending e-mails to the customer.

    Since Thread as I used to get answers to questions earlier, when I was install Zen Cart, is closed, I have to start from the beginning.

    As I said, I've set up Zen cart on a server running php 5.3. After some trubbel is it now in order (I made no mistakes). Now I have run some tests orders, and it turns out that Zen Cart dos not sending e-mails to the customer.

    When I had placed an order, and confirmed it, there was no 'order confirmation' for this order. The order was regisrtet in admin, and it was possible to print the invoice and packing slip, but I received no e-mail even after the status of the order was 'delivered'.

    E-Mail Transport Method is set to php

    can anyone help me please?

    I've set up Zen cart on a server running php 5.3
    Did you apply the php 5.3 patch?

    It's highly unlikely that Zen Cart is not *sending* the emails.
    It's VERY likely that you're simply not *receiving* the emails.

    I apply the patch Without it, the store does not work at all.

    I just signed up again to the store, using the Norwegian translation mondul. Then put in a new order, and
    I received the welcome e-mail

    I use this muodulen:
    Zen cart_norwegian_v1.3.8a_rev2 (this I would very much like to use)
    but no order confirmation

    I think it's this mondul that is not functioning properly.

    I put in an order in engilsk, and then I got both the order confirmation page in Norwegian and English

    The mondul with payment in Norwegian:
    shipping-zencart_ver1-6 (this mondul is not so important)
    did not functioning properly. When the calculation of freight should be done, I got only a blank page.

    Would love to have been able to use the Norwegian translation mondulen.

    Sincerely hope that some of you can help me.

    Any suggestions?

    That sounds logical. Maybe the addon has bugs, which you'll need to fix in order to use it.
