You might look at the Low Order Fee Order Total Module and either change the language for it or clone it as its own order total module ...

I use the Small Order Fee method like Linda suggested to show a handling fee if I need to, I used to use the shipping module method but people were checking out shipping rates and noticed mine were higher. No one complains about the small order fee as it is explained on the site.

Got it working by changing the "Order Fee For Orders Under" to
Kr.1,000,000.00 however, i need to change the text from low order fee to handling fee at checkout?

Try editing ot_loworderfee.php in includes/languages/english/modules/order_total

Thanks, all good. Really helps :) In addition i would like to have flat rate for 3 different zones LOCAL, EUROPE, and INTERNATIONAL.

I`v cloned the flat rate shipping option but cannot get it to work for each zones, all zones shows the same rate. What coding i need to change to fix this?
