Help with Column Layout Grid for Product Listing needed please

I have a couple of questions about the Column Layout Grid for Product Listing mod

Firstly, can it be applied to the All Products Listing ?

And secondly, what controls the maximum number of products per page? ie on this page it is displaying 8 per page and I'd like it to show more

did you try configuration->maximum values->products per page?

Column Grid is only for the product listing. To get all products or other listings to use the same, look at yellow1912's thread "Using one single listing template".
