Ahhh.. Good news is that i have just switched to linux and all calculations seem to be working good again.

I guess temp files were not allowing me to change/see what i wanted.

Am i right in presuming that?

Yep my site is being hosted with a company. Now one more issue...

10413 Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. - The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.

I have looked every where but can't find the exact answer so i have turned off the paypal express checkout for time being.

Not the right forum but i would share my experience.

This error came when i tried to show prices inclusive of VAT and this link helpled me resolve the issue.
