I have looked in the FAQ and browsed the forum but cannot seem to find a way to do this...

I have fixed shipping prices for the items in my store - Item A's shipping is $14.99 while Item B is $5.99.

I want to create a discount such that there is 50% shipping discount after the first item bought. Coupons only allow me to enable free shipping.

I cannot do this by adding a blanket handling price since there is such a huge difference in the shipping costs per item.

Does anyone know of a solution or an add-on module that can do this? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
