Setting-up USPS - problems with Ship From is Guam and Ship To is US

I have followed the steps on setting-up USPS as mentioned in this site.

I have registered an account under USPS, and from test, it was changed to production.

When I tried to test, it's not working. I'm new to Zen Cart and I am not sure what I'm missing, and this is driving me crazy.

Please help. I have set-up the zones on the USPS module..

Ship from is Guam and Ship to is US

Please help.

USPS shipping module will work IF Guam is setup on the customer's address as:
Country: United States
State: Guam

UPS shipping module will work IF Guam is setup on the customer's address as:
Country: Guam

This is due to USPS following the rules of the US government on all States, DC, US Territories and US Islands as being part of the Country of the United States ... and UPS and other carriers considering these to be Countries of their own ...
