*PLEASE HELP* Where do I point my domain name to see my site??

I had a site up and running for about a year and then it was suspected my site was infecting visitors with a virus. So I called my server (1and1) and they told me I could "point" my site to some /Temporary folder that didn't exist so that people wouldn't go to my site and get infected. Well I did that but now that things are fixed I can't remember how to get it to point back to my homepage of my store. Can anyone help me figure this out? Please respond in "dummy" terms because I'm a total newbie and this is the only site I have ever done. The site is mymommyslove.com and it is a mommy and baby nursing supply store. It's an advocacy group and we are not profit driven so I can't really afford to hire anyone to help with this.

You may have created a htaccess file to redirect, or edited your configure.php file(s) to point to a different directory.
