Prices with Tax without login

Hello,
I want to display prices with tax even though the user may not have logged in. The tax+price is the same for all the states I ship to.

The issue is however till the user logins he is not part of any zone so it displays prices without tax.

Can I create a zone by deafult so the tax shows automatically ?

The tax+price is the same for all the states I ship to.

You should not be charging tax unless the customer is located in your State....Each state is different!!
This is currently one of the benefits of online shopping

Thanks I am from India here the tax amount is the same instate and outofstate unfortunately. its just called by another name
