Unfortunately, Premium Beat has changed the .zip files, and so I don't know how to get the new ones working...

Do you have ALL of the files in the same folder? Did you change the .htaccess IN THAT FOLDER?

I don't know what else to do...
Hi, thanks for the reply. I guess that's because I used Media Manager to set up more than one track through the attributes - my friend wants to have like an album with all the tracks listed below. Sod's law we all want the bit it can't do I suppose. I thought it might just display a player for each track but evidently not.

Yes I did change the .htaccess in the media folder as instructed and all the files are in the media folder, no sub folders. Not ready to try and get too clever with it yet!!

I will have to think again or look for alternatives I suppose, unless someone else has a bright idea.

OK I played with this last night I have it figured out at least for my installation.

first you have to change the .htaccess file to match the new code.
next is to change tpl_modules_media_manager.php accordingly. which means, yes change it to the correct file name since they renamed the swf players. and for my installation, I never installed my store to a specific folder. which means, i also changed this part.

    PHP Code:
    http://www.YOUR_DOMAIN.com/STORENAME/media/SUBDIR/swfobject.js
    and
    http://www.YOUR_DOMAIN.com/STORENAME/media/SUBDIR/playerSingle.swf
where i changed the YOUR_DOMAIN to my actual doman name. and I do not have a STORENAME folder. so mine is something like this..
    PHP Code:
    http://www.YOUR_DOMAIN.com/media/OriginalThinMusicPlayer.swf
And now its working...Obviously you also have to change both folders to match.

And I forgot to add this last part. My installation did not have a swfobject.js in the media folder so I copied one there...

hmmm, well its showing up right but something changed and its not playing the clip?

I think I'd already done all those things, I'd assumed the problem was because the system is trying to load more than one instance of the Flash file?

I've gone off on a new tack with this, and am trying to embed a complete flash player with playlist into the product info. I've got as far as getting the flash to show but it looks like it's not bringing in the xml data. I've tried allowing xml file extension in the .htacess files, but I'm currently stuck with it as that hasn't changed anything and a search for xml on forum brings up zero results.

I'll try and find a suitable place to post a question on this as it looks like I'm at least a stage further on with this idea!

    Cheers

Everyone, I cannot send the original files because of licensing issues. I'm sorry.
If anyone asks for them, the answer is "No."

Idea or Suggestion Re: Media Manager MP3 Player Support Thread

If anyone needs the swfobject.js file, you can download it from Google:
