my site is not hacked, after logging into admin, blank page...

my site is not yet live, and have been doing some modifications
then suddenly when i logged into the admin control, blank page appears...

after using the debugging tool, here's what i got:

i changed the main page 'TITLE' in the meta_tags.php. Now even i changed it back to what it was, i still got this error. Anyone can help?

Does it has anything to do with Paypal? Cause i received a Paypal express checkout alert : 10002 Security error - Security header is not valid
