Can't Get Installer to Run on Localhost

Hi,
I am trying to get a look at this Zencart before I go ahead and use it live but I can't even install it locally.

Here is what I have and what I have done.

Win XP Pro SP3

WAMPServer 2.0h Installed, Added the Password and PHP_Curl extension. Set WAMP status to Online.

Unzipped zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007 to c:wamp\www\zencart

The files dist-configure.php in dir C:\wamp\www\zencart\admin\includes and also in C:\wamp\www\zencart\includes have been renamed to read configure.php

and I then pointed my browser (IE8) to http://c/wamp/www/zencart/zc_install/index.php and hit return expecting the installer to start. It does not.

What am I missing here, please?

Try pointing it to http://localhost/zencart instead.
Your C:\wamp\www\ is probably your "web root", which is where "http://localhost" points to. So, simply adding "/zencart" to the end of that will go to the files in your zencart folder.
