Dutch Language pack isn't used

I have bought a template from template monster.
Than i installed the Dutch language pack.

I have set it as default.
The problem is that the admin is in Dutch. But the store isn't.
All the pages are still in English.

How is this possible?

I am using 1.3.8

never mind. The browser still cached the english language.
Had to press the Dutch language button.
