email Format for Received Mail via Contact Us

I wonder how you change the default contact us emails to html instead of plain text?

At the moment, all messages from my contact us page reach me in plain text, which is annoying as I like to reply in html format so that I can insert signatures. It's annoying because every message has to be converted to html before I can add signatures.

How do I change this so that I receive html format from the contact us page submits?

Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails
(Admin - Catalog)

Send emails in HTML format. Can be set to true or false.

I've tried both false and true..... always still sends in plain text format, regardless of this setting.
