Default Can I change the Tax Class on all my products? (EasyPopulate set None)

    Zencart 1.3.8a
    Easy Populate 1.2.5.4

The default of Easy Populate is currently to set my Tax Class: -none-

Is there a way to set all products on my store to use my Worldwide Tax Class?

Happily we're in Alberta so my tax is simply 5% to all items in my store.

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the reply.

To help other searches and save unnecessary hair loss:

    Step.1

    Admin>Configuration>Easy Populate

    Upload/Download Prices Include Tax

Set this to True as I presume it will change any new products.

    Step.2

    Admin>Tools>Easy Populate

Download Complete tab-delimited .txt file to edit (Attributes Not Included)

Change all of the -none- listings to the tax class you've created and then just upload this newly revised document to your database with Easy Populate.

Perhaps I am incorrect with Step.1 as how would it know to use one tax class over another?

Step.2 works great I will need to add v_tax_class_title and my tax class to my excel document macro for future updates.

Sorry, I don't use EP. But the link I posted earlier shows how to adjust existing records already in your database.

    Don't do Step.1!

Ha, this changes all your prices to include tax. So when it comes to checkout it will subtract tax from your items and add them back in the Tax Subtotal.
