Problem changing a field in create_account.php

Hi,

I am trying to change the welcome message for my store but, when I do it and someone creates an account, the page goes blank and no account is created. I've probably put in the links to my Facebook group wrong so if someone could tell me what I need to change then I would really appreciate it.
