Local Install

Hi.

I am having issues with my connection and am looking to install locally. I found the Updated wamp + zen cart tutorial for Zen Cart 1.3.8a and Wamp Server 2.0i thread but can't download the pdf. Does anyone know if this is available from a different source? I don't think its my pc or connection as I'm ok downloading other idocs.
