Default Problems testing CC offline processing

    Hello
I was just testing my works website and trying to checkout by paying by credit card offline processing but when I clicked on "Confirm the Order" button (Step 3 of 3) it get this error:

    1146 Table 'printersparts.zen_so_payment_types' doesn't exist
    in:
    [select * from zen_so_payment_types where language_id = '1' order by payment_type_full asc]

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening??? and how to fix it?

    Thanks in advance

The "so_payment_types" reference confirms that you've partially-installed the Super Orders module, but apparently didn't do the database/SQL component of the install, so you've left your site in a broken state.

Whats your diagnosis of what needs to be done? I was not the one that installed Zen Cart at the present hosting site.. I am just modifying (template) and inputting the data for it... the back end of it I'm not too familiar with so if it I can't fix using the Admin menu... then, I might have a problem...

    Thanks for your help.

Well, if you're intending to be using Super Orders and its custom payment handling, then you'll want to finish installing it properly.
If you're *not* planning to use any of the Super Orders addon features, then you'll want to finish removing it completely.

    Hi DrByte
Can you explain how to remove the Super Orders module??? We don't want to use it at this time.

Can it be done through the admin section?

    Thanks for replying....

    You have two options:

    1. Complete the install by running the SQL file that comes with the module (via phpMyAdmin).

    2. Removing the module by going through the install instructions for it in reverse (no, you can't do that from the admin panel, it requires FTP intervention).

Option1 would probably be the easiest.

You'll need to download a complete copy of this add-on, and in it you should find a file which ends with the file extension .sql (there should only be one of them).

You should be able to access phpMyAdmin from your web hosting control panel.

Once there, click on the name of the database which your site uses, and then you'll see a row of Tabs along the top, one of which says "Import" - click on that.

You'll then see a button called "Browse" next to a text box - click on Browse. Now you Browse your PC to where you have downloaded the .sql file and select that. You then click the 'Go' button and phpMyAdmin will import the extra sql commands (if all goes well).

Before making any changes to your database, first use the Export Tab to download a complete backup of your database (just in case things go wrong).

    Hi again
The only database that I see is information_schema
I clicked on the export tab chose the file and did not click on any other opens except zip compression...
The file is only 6.6k zipped, we have approx. 866 products inputed already so I hope this is correct.

I will attempt it today... I hope this works...

information_schema is the phpMyAdmin database and should not be touched.
