Cannot access Admin login page

Hi,
Have just installed "zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007" I can get to the cart ok using following URL "http://www.rollershutterscolchester.co.uk/" however when trying to open Admin Page (https://www.rollershutterscolchester...dmin/login.php) get following error:

This web page is not available.

The web page at null might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

The file definitely exists....

Anybody have any idea why?

Do you have a valid secure certificate?

Note: if you go to your catalog ... and change the URL to https you will get the error ...

If you edit the configuration file for the admin:
/admin/includes/configure.php

and set the enable secure to false for the admin, does it work?
