When I try to install all of the Pay Pal Api info and click save...Zen Cart pops me back out to the Admin Home, saving nothing.
Now when I go to Modules/payment... There is nothing there.
When I click install, it throws me back out to Admin Home.
Your Help is Greatly Appreciated.

Your problem is almost certainly not limited to PayPal Express, but probably to almost ALL your admin area ....... and that would be symptomatic of having incorrectly applied the June 2009 Admin Security Patch ... namely skipping the admin html_output.php file or incorrectly deciding to apply the changes to the non-admin version of that file.
