I need two dropdown menus in the registration area. One for "Commercial/Individual" and one for "Type of Practice." I was able to customize the "How Did You Hear About Us" mod into "Commercial/Individual" reasonably easily. My question is, could I use the same module to create another dropdown? I tried to take a stab at it myself, but I'm simply not a PHP programmer...I know enough to get me into trouble, and I totally made a complete non-working mess, lol. Anyone got any ideas?
