Urgent help Needed

Hi all,

I have just activated the salemaker so that I can a 10% off sale for 4 days which is showing the discounts but customers can purchase goods which go through the PayPal option using either credit card or paypal.

What is happening is that the sale is going through and I am getting notification that I have received funds from PayPal but when I look in the admin area to view the order no orders are showing up. So I don't know what the customer has ordered but I have been paid.

I tested by making an order using the store pickup option and the order showed up but if I pay using a credit card through PayPal the site gives me an order number but does not show in the customers order.

Please can someone help me urgently as I have had to put the site down to try to correct the error.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not the best person to advise you as I don't use PayPal anymore. Before I dumped them years ago however I used the following tool to recover "lost" orders.

Found the problem and it did not have anything to do with PayPal just an error on my behalf when setting up the salemaker.

I have downloaded your suggestion as it could be really helpful in the future thow.

My pleasure. You should be able to use it now though to release all your missing orders. They will then appear as live orders allowing invoices to be printed and status updates to be sent.
