installing PHPBB website address double=404 page not found

Hello
I am using the latest zen cart. My web site is "shop.nilandsplace.com/radio/" I am using the apple zen template.
I am having problems getting the config file to have the PHPBB go to the right directory what sould be "help.nilandsplace.com/radio" If I put the adress

define('DIR_WS_PHPBB', '/home/www/help.nilandsplace.com/radio/');

the forum shows in the information side box (is there other places it will show?) but when I click on it I get this in the address box

//shop.nilandsplace.com/radio//home/www/help.nilandsplace.com/radio/index.php

This will not work. I have tried to put the PHPBB in the same directory and get the same result.
What am I doing wrong? I have looked at other threads (what few they are) and have come to this point.

Also if I don't use the previous address mentioned the forum link goes away. I have tried //help.nilandsplace.com/radio/ but this won.t work and I lose the link.

While no one was helping me I copied the PHPBB files into the zen cart sub directory I created

//shop.nilandsplace.com/radio/radiohelp/

and set my configure.php to

define('DIR_WS_PHPBB', 'radiohelp/');

and this seems to work for the information side box but for the apple_zen drop down it can not resolve the address.
