Yes, but why is it giving my the date with 2 years in advance while the order was placed 2-3 days ago? The date and time in admin side is correct. Its just the email sent to customer when I change the order status.
I reckon it has to be something with date formats as it states d-m-Y in UK... any clues DrByte? It's been really annoying for a while.
Well, I don't know what date is stored in *your* database for each order record, so I can't really tell whether it's a problem with interpreting your date settings *before* saving the data or *after* reading the data.
When you first installed Zen Cart it came set up with a US-based date format, which evidently you didn't like so you changed it. Perhaps you did something incorrect in the changes you made?

Anyway thanks for help
I might suggest starting with this article to see whether it was followed correctly: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=401

it looks good. I have made most of the changes, but still I propably missed something. I will compare the article to the file, make a changes, and let you know if it works. thanks a lot
Nope. Both files match with article. That was done some time ago and the error still came up.
I remember now that I had wrong date in admin site when I was checking the order. So I went to orders.php and change zen_date_long to zen_date_short and the date was correct...
Thanks anyway
