free postage over £70

I'm trying to set up and option of standard shipping of £6, but then free orders over £70 but I really can't work it out! I've changed the free shipping option to:

Enable Free Options Shipping
True

Shipping Cost
0.00

Handling Fee
0

Total >=
0.00

Total <=
70.00

Weight >=


Weight <=


Item Count >=


Item Count <=


Tax Class
--none--

Tax Basis
Shipping

Shipping Zone
--none--

Sort Order

But when I do a test I really can't figure it out!

I usually use the Table Rate module for this.

EX:
Shipping Table
70:6.00,10000:0.00

Just a note that while the Table Rate might work best, as suggested ... the problem is you have your setting for $70 on:
Total <=
70.00

where you really want the Free Shipping on
Total >= 70.00

But again, the Table Rate will probably work best for you, as Flipside noted ...
