Checkout_shipping error message

I am getting the error message below when i click on checkout button. I am on Zen Cart 1.3.7

404 Not Found

The requested URL /HTTPS_SERVER/index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping&zenid=ff35690b43d6c4abf10fa4e119e47bd4 does not exist.

Does anyone know what could be causing it?

404 Not Found is exactly that: the file does not exist on your server.

In Admin > Tools > Developers Tool Kit look for this file:

checkout_shipping.php

Chances are that it will not show in the search results. Hopefully you have a backup copy of the file - simply upload it to the right folder (most likely to includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/ ) and all should be good again.

make sure you also have:

includes/modules/pages/checkout_shipping/

and/or

includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_checkout_shipping_default.php

includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_shipping_default.php

More importantly, make sure your configure.php files have a definition for HTTPS_SERVER ... otherwise the system doesn't know what to use in that spot, so simply displays the name of the placeholder/constant instead.
