Additonal Images Not Showing - Template Problem

I have been trying to get additional images to show on the product page and after trying everything that was suggested I finally decided to switch back to the classic template - and of course it works.

Can anyone point me in the direction of how or what I need to do to fix my template so that the images will show. I've looked at the tpl_product_info_display.php file and the tpl_modules_jquery_images.php but I don't know what I should be looking for.

Okay, I'm back again. Sorry to hijack, but I think we may both have the same problem.

Anyhow, I've gone over this link and I was able to get one image to work correctly using _MED and _LRG. However, i'm not able to get the second image to show up - I just see the first image. I'm not sure what's wrong?

I do have a custom template, but I don't see why they would have designed it to get rid of multiple images. I've already double checked the configuration to make sure multiple images are enabled. It is. I have downloaded this addon and have done the changes it asks from the readme file. I'm not sure why the second image is not showing up. Would like some help too please. Thanks!

**ETA that mine still does not work even when using classic template.

UPDATE -
I found some module files that were not uploaded when the template was installed - now my additional images are working - but not where I want them to be. So that is my next task.
