    help question Refund option missing

    Is there setting somehwere that I can change it so that I don't have authorization??
    My payment module is set to final sale..

    I've recently updated the site and before my order information page had the section to do refund or credit , but now it's showing void order authorization..

    Is there way to change it back to way I can do refund??
