    Default Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.

    I have a problem Where Shipping works fine when i have either a priced item with a weight or a gift certificate. But When I have both it comes up with the error message

    Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.

    I have tried Free charge card - nothing happens,
    I have tried using the free shipping options when weight is less then 0 but it seems to just give free delivery for everything.

    Does anyone know why? And What I can do to solve this problem.

    Are your Products Physical or Downloads?

    Do you have your Gift Certificate defined as:
    Product is Virtual: Yes, Skip Shipping Address

    Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules

    Products Model: GIFTsomething
    (the model must start with GIFT in caps)
    If using Download Products, are they defined as:
    Product is Virtual: No, Shipping Address Required

    Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules

    Attributes need to have the filename with a green dot next to it
    What shipping module(s) are you using?

    Do you have any Zones set on the shipping module(s)?

    My Settings for the gift certificates were correct.

    It was the royal mail module causing the problem - since it calcualtes delivery price upon weight.

    I just gave the item a miniscule weight so if other items are in the basket the customer can checkout with royal mail.

    Since I am not displaying weight on this website, this isnt an issue.

    Thanks for the suggestions, if there is a better way of doing this I would be interested to know.
