Customer's are reporting having received the error: "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time." on this product and other products however some customers are able to process their orders without a hitch.
The most unfortunate issue is that I am never able to recreate the issues these customers are experiencing. I've changed my user accounts to their to match where they're located, browser, etc, and still I never receive any errors.

I've searched the forums far and wide and attempted any fixes for relatively close issues, however it seems normally that issues occur with free item vs payment, or free shipping vs shipping, however this item has a cost value and does not require a shipping address yet the issue lies in the payment acceptance.
Any suggestions or thoughts are most appreciated!
