Ship cost by weights via table look up

Hi there, I hope you can help? I've searched and searched but I can't find details of shipping by multiple weights. What I need to do is set up 3 or 4 areas (eg New Zealand, Australia, UK) and for each area I need to specify a table of shipping costs for the various weights.

ie.

New Zealand

0.01kg - $3.80
0.1kg - $6.30
0.2kg - $8.80
0.3kg - $11.30
0.4kg - $13.80
0.5kg - $15.30
0.6kg - $16.80
0.7kg - $18.3
0.8kg - $19.80
0.9kg - $26.70
1.0kg - $31.60 etc

Unfortunately I can't set it up that New Zealand is $31.60/kg and divide that by the weight.

I would go to the Free Software Add Ons and search on:
Zone Table

there is a shipping module that lets you define as many specific Zone Definitions as you need then set the table rates for them ...
