The text is going out of buttons???? It very ugly. Please help.

Your big picture is pushing everything to the right of it out of the box. Start by resizing the image to fit inside the width of your center box. I think this would fix all your problems.

In the stylesheet:

#navMain ul li, #navSupp ul li, #navCatTabs ul li {
display: inline;
white-space: nowrap;
}

Remove the red part. You may have to split #navCatTabs ul li into its own statement.

Or, just turn off the category tabs in admin.

If i delete it? Is all categories disappeart?

Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings - Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF will turn the category links in the header off, but won't affect the Categories sidebox.
