red flag Site redirecting to 'Down for Maintenance"

I REALLY need help! My site (v1.3.8) was hacked, so I put it in "Down for Maintenance" mode while I began the process of converting the site to 1.3.9h.

I have installed a brand new folder for 1.3.9h and have finally been able to pull in the DB from my old store. I can login to the admin panel of the new store, but when I go to the storefront it is a blank white page and it is redirecting to the index.php?main_page=down_for_maintenance page from my OLD store (different folder name).

I realize that this is because it is stuck in the DB, how to I correct it and get the storefront to direct to the new location?

Need to get this store back up soon!

    Thanks,

You should be able to use phpMyAdmin in your hosting control panel to open the Zencart DB, go to the 'configuration' table and find configuration id #440 which is the down for maintenance switch, and edit it from true to false.

I'm not sure why you can't do that in admin, though.

    Thanks for the quick response.

I can change the setting from admin, but when I switch down for maintenance to "false" in admin in the NEW store, it is still redirecting to the old site "down for maintenance" URL. Not sure why it's going to the old URL at all!

    Any other suggestions.

Got a URL so we can see what you see?

OK, so I've got it to stop re-directing to the old site (not sure how), but now the store front is blank. I've tried to view the log file in the cache folder, but there is no log. I thought it was included with 1.3.9h? How do I access it to see what the error might be?

    Here is the URL: http://www.providencefirevideos.com/...php?main_page=

If you setup a new "shop2" dir. for the new install, have you include that path in:

    includes/configure.php

Let me take a look, I was so concerned about making sure the new database details were right in the config doc, that I didn't even think about updating anything else.

Thanks...I'll reply back after I've checked it out.

Thanks so much.. That was the problem. However, now my storefront is blank.

I've tried checking the cache folder for a log file, but it doesn't show me anything. What am I doing wrong? Help!

Oh, one more thing. I ended up doing a new install and changed my URL to: http://www.providencefirevideos.com/shop/

    admin/includes/configure.php
    includes/configure.php

The above two files must have the correct paths to your Zen Cart setup. Check them both and make sure.
