Why do my admin customers and orders pages show no details?

My customers and orders show up when I first login, but when I click on them to get more information I end up with an empty table on the screen. The Customers page has the "Asc Desc" options and no data but lists the following fields:

ID#
Last Name
First Name
Company
Account Created
Last Login
Pricing Group
TABLE_HEADING_GV_AMOUNT
Authorized
Action

And the order page has:
ID
Payment
Shipping
Customers
Order Total
Date Purchased
Status
Action

I can see them on the home page though when I first login. Any thoughts?

You have a glitched entry somewhere on one of your customers, I had the same thing. I had to save all my current customers details (or print their orders), and then delete all of the customers manually direct in the database (phpMyAdmin), and then start clean.

You might be able to find the bogus customer and just delete that one (won't be able to do it from Zencart admin, have to go in direct), have a play...

Thanks for the info. I emptied the table (there were only 4 people as we haven't even launched the site yet), and then added myself back in to test it and I still am not seeing myself on the page. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the "TABLE_HEADING_GV_AMOUNT" as this seems like an odd heading.

Any other thoughts on how I might be able to fix it?

Your "odd heading" is a result of a missing or broken language file. Maybe related to an addon/customization you've made.
