Taxes in Order Total

Is possible to add the shipping taxes in with the product taxes to only have 2 lines of taxes (PST & GST) rather than 3?? I'm concerned that this is going to confuse my customers. (Version 1.3.9, show split line taxes = true)

Sub-Total: $37.00
Shipping (Ontario): CAD $9.95
8% PST: $2.96
5% GST: $1.85
8% PST + 5% GST: $1.29
Total: $53.05

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
