Default Changing from Paypal IPN to Paypal Express

Changing from Paypal IPN to Paypal Express, I am looking to change from IPN to Express, for a number of reasons (some modules don't work with ipn, rewadrs points etc).

I have had a read on paypals site, and the Faq here
    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=28

But i am still confused (yes i am that thick)

    1) the customer still has to create an account on my site dont they?
    2) from the FAQ above on this site
However, Express does not rely entirely on the IPN communications to your store in order to release the order. Instead, it stores the order immediately when payment is completed. It doesn't have to rely on the PayPal server to talk to your server in order to store the order. Granted, you will want PayPal's server to be able to send IPN updates to you for any orders, in case you do refunds or adjustments to the order... so that those updates are reflected in your store's order history.
So it stores the order as soon as payment is completed, by completed do they mean the when the payments accepted by paypal, or that it has been submitted to paypal - Sorry not sure how to ask whats in my head

Is there anything else i should know before switching, i assume i just change the module?

Am I supposed to have a business account with paypal, as I didn't see that in the FAQ, but i think i read it somewhere

    You're making it too complicated.

Just set up the Express Checkout module (instructions here: www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal )
Then click Remove on your IPN module.

    Done.

Customers will have accounts like before.
Orders will be saved in your store immediately upon payment completion.
Your existing PayPal account you've been using with the IPN module will be just fine for Express.

    Simple.
