Database error

My sites homepage is down and giving this error;

1194 Table 'zen_whos_online' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
in:
[delete from zen_whos_online where time_last_click < '1272358601']

I can still access the admin and I'm not sure what to do from here.

I can get access to MyPHP admin but I am very nervous to play arounf in there.

I have done a backup using the backup tool and it seems to have created a backup even though it reported an error and said the whos online table was not backed up.

Can anybody tell me how to repair the table?

My site status is this:

Zen Cart 1.3.7
Database Patch Level: 1.3.7

I hope somebody can help because this is a live site and I'm losing business.

OK sorry about the panic post.

I found the solution and here it is for anybody else who get this error.

Select the table in MyPHP admin and in the dropdown box "with selected" select repair.

This fixed it and all is good. I have no idea what caused this though.... Any body know what causes a MYSQL table to crash?

I hope it wasn't a hacking attempt....
