Remove all the header and info

I am attempting to install the store in a frame, so I already have a header.
I would like to remove the header and sales message and background image. And the space reserved for it.
I also have a skin installed.
Could you tell me where to delete it in the skin and the orignal zencart template?

if you look at the top of includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATE/common/tpl_main_page.php there are instructions for keeping areas hidden (as in the header, left, tight, footer.

Also reconsider installing Zencart in a frame - you may find that your payment modules don't work. I would test that thoroughly before committing yourself to the frame idea.
